• The position required you to cover the Central or Northern Region market of Peninsular Malaysia. • Projects pursuit, Key Account Management & Direct Sales to End-users. • Ability to analyze the market, plan strategies, execute plans and monitor status of achieving sales targets • Provide on-site application and technical advise to the customers at your region. • Interface with cross functional work teams such as field applications, customer support/services, product management, manufacturing and marketing/sales • Develop Sales, sales target, report & documentation. • Assisting junior for sale development. • Timely and professionally handle field sales calls and issues arising from the field sales visits, triage with field applications scientists as appropriate. • Timely complete and submit all required paperwork. • Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions. • Misc. other duties commensurate with the capabilities of Sales and Application Engineer.
