The LUXORAu is the workhorse gold sputter coater designed specifically for floor model and desktop SEMs. Utilizing high-end sputter technology, it provides high-quality gold coatings while ensuring an extremely easy, automated workflow. Engineered with an "A3" approach—Advanced, Automated, and Accessible—it delivers consistent, ultra-thin conductive layers to prevent sample charging and improve image resolution, even for non-conductive or weakly conductive samples.
